The Red lip and the Ombre lip

This lesson we learnt how to get a perfect red lip and how to get the ombre lips. Before starting the treatment i made sure that i sterlized the counter and laid out the right equipment ready for the client

The red lips:

i firstly got a lip liner, i then went on to evenly line the oustide of my lip making sure that the top lip was equal on both side, after that i coloured the whole lip in with lip pencil making sure that that colour was evenly on the lips.

After that i then got a lip brush and then used the colour Ruby Woo and filled in the lips with the lipstick to get a nice finish.

i then got a concealer brush and matched me to my closest concealer and applied round my mouth to get an even lip correct any mistakes and making the lips more sharp.

The Ombre lips

i firstly got a lip liner then lined the outside the lips

i then got a concealer and aplied in the inside of the lips to get an even colour

After that i decided to colour in the coners of the lip with the dark lip liner vino, i then put the lighter red lipstick in the center. As when its an ombre lips its supposed to go from dark to light then back to dark again.

The lst finishing touches were to add the lighter pigments to the center of the lip with the Mac 219 brush to make it pop.

Evaluation

i feel that i carreid out both tasks to my best ability. in regards to the red lip i feel that i did a very good job and both sides of the lip were even and balanced each other out. I feel that my ombre lip could of been neater espically in the center, i wish that i put the pigments more neater and blended it out more.
