chanel spring summer 2015

chanel is one of the most sort out designers of all time that specialises in haute couture, ready to wear clothes, luxury goods and fashion accessories. They are especially known for the little black dress and the channel suits. the make up was slightly different this time for a catwalk. they wanted the eyes to stand out but again the face should be natural. They have used a very light near to nothing foundation as it's very light and minimal, they have also done a slight contour and a light natural blusher to add colour to the cheeks. However for the eye they have done a strong two toned smokey eye which goes to the top of the eye but it's not flicked at the end rather it's a softer curve to it and then brought under the eye to add a more sexy sultry stand out

appearance. Her lips are very plain as if they have just used a lip gloss. The products probably used : mac face and body clear mascara for the eyebrows bronzer used lightly light pink blusher very natural eyeliner for the eye the hair had a slight wave it. However it was not completely wavey but that natural air dried hair apprance. it was a side parting with a side fringe but not over the eye. they also want to show that the model has natural gradual layers and it's almost like the hair is blowing away from their face. the products probably used are: bumble and bumble sheen spray for the shine bumble and bumble contour cream to add definition to the hair layers bumble and bumble surf spray to add some texture and slight wave the clothing in the catwalk were very light and airy and a medley of fabrics that only chanel is capable of creating. they had a line skirts that are very narrow and falling from the hip with a thin fabric belt looped through and hanging loose. They paired it up with flayed leather shoes and boots making this outfit look very fresh and airy and flowery. They also made site flowers were incorporated into the outfits. I think the make up ties in well with the the outfit as they are hoping with those postal natural looking airy clithing so the makeup needs to be very fresh faced and I think the touch of blush added alot if colour and added that natural look. Also the eyes really stood out making it seem effortless eventhough she tried.

if I had to change the make up it would be adding a slight design under the eye to really make the eye stand out and make it much more creative. I would incorporate the beautiful and damned trend as i think the eyes from their would suit beautifully.
