vivienne westwood spring/summer 15 red lable

vivienne Westwood is a British fashion designer and is known for creating and bringing modern punk and new wave fashions collaborating them and making it mainstream. The make up for this collection was very unusual for catwalk as they like it very natural as possible. However she has decided to be different and create some drama. with this make up they drew messages on models heads, making a statement on their forheads with either a pattern or making look as if it was swen up. They also did very bold block eyebrows and a pop art lip. the products probably used: mac face and body as skin still looks flawless and natural eyeliner for black eyebrow neon body painting as some models had neon dripping from face flash pallet to create different colours mac pigments to add a pop for make up red lipstick and black lip liner for pop up lips fake blood, brown eyeliner( stitches), bruise pallet to create more of a realistic look for the sewn make up. The hair was slightly different as they had a variety of styles ranging from long luxurious curls, elegant spent and straight to a top not bun, wacky ponytails and having it messy all in one as if it was never brushed. Two looks I'm going to closely look at would be the forward ponytail and the luxurious curls. The products probably used for pontail: hair would of been blowdryed and straightened then scraped up forward to the beginning of the head they have used a hair gel to hold and get all baby hairs in they tired with a hairband the then get the ponytail and tie the ponytail in three different bits and where you have tied those hairbands pull out some of the hair in between then spray hairspray to give it an extra hold the products probably used for the curls they hair has been blowdryed I think they have used a curling wand as I don't think backstage they would have time to do setting curls and leave under the dryer after that they have brushed our the curls with a paddle brush so that it is not too tight they have used a holding spray to keep them bouncing and so that they don't loosen

I would not change the hair styles but I would change the make up slightly as I would add where they had the neon dripping down the face I think a pop of colour on the Lips would add more drama and give a more of a dramatic feel as it looks a bit too plain just under the eyes or on the forehead. vivviaan Westwood has created a storm with her spring/summer red label collection 2015. Before this show she was actively encouraging Scotland for independence away from Britain. This tors in with her collection as she asked every model to wear one of those badges. She pinned those badges to her bold, oversized tailor made shirts in the colour aubergine,bright orange and pale blue. She also added a bit of retro style into this collection as she wanted add creativity, she put textured leggings, floral dresses,cotton dresses and adding pale blue and white colour schemes to her clothing keeping that retro colour. In addition to this she also added her signature gowns that had the same floral print and oversized to keep to her red label theme.
